By selecting the Insurance option, you will be guaranteed immediate replacement of any lost or damaged goods on your order. We will file the Fedex or USPS claim for you and immediately replace your items on the day you call us. Your replacement items will be shipped by the same method as the original order at no charge to you. ie.(ground shipments replaced by ground and air shipments replaced by air) If insurance is not selected, any shipment claim may be subject to the UPS or USPS claim determination before replacement of product can be made. We will still do our best to expedite these claims but the timing of any replacement products will be dependent on the UPS or USPS investigation and the individual circumstances of each loss and claim.
By selecting this option, you will make it a requirement for someone to be present at your shipping address to sign for your packages. The UPS or USPS delivery driver will not be allowed to leave your packages without a signature. Please select this option if security is an issue at your shipping address. If not selected, the arangements that you have with your own local UPS driver or USPS postman will decide how packages are left when nobody is present at your shipping address. We have found that the vast majority of our customers prefer to have their packages left on their porches or other agreed upon spots with their local driver. Please do no select this option if that is what you desire.
TCP Global will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:
Rush processing will only speed up processing time. It does not upgrade your shipping method. (eg. UPS Ground will still take 1-5 working days to arrive).
