The ORDER ONLINE feature of our web site allows you to do much more than simply place an order - you can check price and availability on any item in our inventory, check your account balance, view previous invoices and much more.

Before starting, you will need a Tri-City shop charge account. All of our standard shop charge accounts have one letter and four numbers. Example: A1234. If your shops account number is formatted this way, then you're set. If your shops account number has two letters, like CA9999, then you have a cash account, and will be unable to access the ORDER ONLINE features of our site.

To apply for a Tri-City Paint Charge Account, Print the Credit Application, fill it out completely and return it by FAX or have our driver pick it up to submit for approval.

Now that we have established that your account is elegible, you will need a Password. We have already assigned your account a password, to prevent persons not authorized by the management of your shop from having access to your information or account. If you have not received a password from us, one can be obtained by e-mail - simply click HERE  and make certain that your request includes: Shop name, Key contact, phone number, and preferred password for us to change to in the system. You will receive a phone call to confirm the request and complete the changes.

Once inside the ORDER ONLINE portion of our site, you will have the option to click a link to a specific family of products, Search for a specific item, Reorder by My History, go to My Tri-City Account, order several items on a grid or view your Cart - and check out as necessary.
