VHT Brake Caliper, Drum and Rotor Cleaner removes brake fluid, grease, oil and other contaminants from brake calipers, rotors and drums. It dries quickly and leaves no residue.
CAUTION: For maximum product performance read entire label and directions prior to paint application. Loose brake dust may contain asbestos. Remove all loose dust with HEPA vacuum.
- Removing the substrate to be cleaned is recommended for ease of application. If unable to remove, mask off surrounding areas to protect from over spray.
- To spray, hold can parallel and 8-10 inches from surface to be cleaned. Liberally spray areas to be cleaned, except brake linings, painted surfaces and/or rubber parts.
- Allow surface to dry at least 20 minutes before applying paint.
- After each use, invert can and spray until clear gas comes out. If spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and wipe off orifice with lacquer thinner. Do NOT stick pins or wire into can opening. Dispose of in accordance with local, state or federal regulations.
