23 Series Turbine Systems

The 23 series turbine is a three stage unit producing 85cfm @ 5psi.  The 23 series is a great turbine for the automotive industry in touch-up, bumper, and spot repair.  It is a great turbine for the painting contractor using lighter bodied materials a couple of times per week on smaller areas like trim and cabinets.  The 23 series turbines are continuous duty rated at 4 hours.  With 5psi available, the 23 is able to atomize stains, lacquers, urethanes, thinned out latex, multi-colors, and automotive coatings.   Just a reminder, every gun we make we sell to the automotive industry, so you should expect to see the finest quality automotive finish on everything you paint.

230 Series Turbine Systems

The 230 series turbines are by far our best turbine.  It is a 3 stage turbine utilizing 115cfm @ 6psi. It has an 8 hour continuous duty rating with enough psi to atomize most all of the same coatings as the 240 series. The 230 is the unit for a contractor who will use it often and on the widest variety of jobs. The 230 is less expensive than the 240, but will spray most all of the same coatings. The main reason a painter would choose a 240 over a 230 is because he sprays a lot of multi-color or heavier coatings for faux effects for example. Just a reminder, every gun we make we sell to the automotive industry, so you should expect to see the finest quality automotive finish on everything you paint.

They also include a 10g Gravity Gun with a stainless Fluid Passage, Delrin tipped needle and Aluminum Air Cap . The gun includes AccuSpray’s standard 1000ml Aluminum Cup.

The AccuSpray Turbine Systems listed in the chart below comes with the Turbine, 30 foot Hose Assembly with a 3 foot whip hose, and Air Control Valve. They also include a 10 Series (non-Bleed) HVLP Gun with a Stainless Fluid Passage, Delrin Tipped Needle and Aluminum Air Cap . The gun includes AccuSpray’s standard 1 Quart pressurized cup.
