ISAAC 07 Base Coat Gun (Standard)
 ISAAC 07 - The 07 is a
base coat gun for the automotive industry. It will spray
primers, sealers, single stages, and low solids color coats. The
07 produces a large fan with very soft atomization. It
is a great gun for blending metallics. Because the 07 sprays
so softly, the Flakes lay down evenly and easily blend
with the factory finish. Without soft atomization, metal
flakes will stand at different angles and reflect light unevenly
leaving an uneven blend. The 07 is an outstanding base
gun that will stand on its own when compared to other guns out
there.
The 07 gun comes standard with our new cup with
a twist lock lid. The gun is available with either a 600ml
or 1000ml cup. Accuspray offers a variety of needle,
nozzle and air cap sizes for the 07 guns to meet your application
needs.
The ISAAC 07 gun is great for primers, sealers, and
standard bases. The 07 lays out bases smooth, soft, flat, and clean
(10 CFM @ 90psi).

ISAAC 07HS Gun (High
Solids)

07HS - The 07hs
is our high solids clear gun for the automotive industry. It
will spray everything the 07 base gun can spray, but it excels
at atomizing high solids materials. For the painter looking
for a good base and clear gun in one, the 07hs is the gun to
choose. It is an easily controlled and adjusted gun with
a 10 to 12 inch fan. We recommend only 35 to 38 psi inlet
air to break up the most difficult to atomize clear coats.
The 07HS gun comes standard with our new cup with
a twist lock lid. The gun is available with either a 600ml
or 1000ml cup. Accuspray offers a variety of needle,
nozzle and air cap sizes for the 07hs guns to meet your application
needs.
The ISAAC 07HS gun is perfect for the painter who wants a base
and clear gun in one. The 07HS lays out silver and champagne matallics
without streaks or blotches and puts clears down mirror smooth
which means less buffing.

ISAAC 07HSP
Gun with Gravity Pressure Feed Cup

07HSP - The 07hsp
is a pressurized version of the 07hs. We have added a regulator
to the handle which is used to add pressure to the cup. This
added pressure greatly accelerates speed. Although
we spray base with a .7mm and clear with a .9mm, the 07hsp will
spray as fast as a conventional gun. This gun is designed
especially for the painter who believes HVLP is too slow. With
the gun all the way open, it will take the absolute fastest painter
to keep up with it. The 07hsp is also great for truck and
bus refinishers because of the speed and the 12 to 14 inch fan. We
haven't found a coating that this gun can't handle.
Accuspray offers a variety of needle, nozzle and
air cap sizes for the 07hs guns to meet your application needs.
The ISAAC 07HSP gun was engineered for painters who
think HVLP is too slow. This gun comes with a pressurized cup in
either 650ml or 850ml. We use a .7 for bases and a .9 for clears
and still spray as fast as a conventional (10 CFM @ 90psi).
