Introducing the  Series Sanding Blocks
 K-Block® Firm & Flex Blocks were designed to give collision repair professionals and restoration enthusiasts a sanding block tool that easily allows you to find and restore low and high spots. The blocks are ergonomically designed to be comfortable to use even during long periods of blocking. K-Blocks® are a great choice for working on street rods and old muscle cars as they allow you to get the job done right and done quickly. We have developed the K-Block® with these features:
- The Multi-Layer Construction has a semi-rigid acrylic backing plate to provide a perfectly flat and level sanding surface that maintains its flatness while following the curves of the vehicle.
- The Variable Flexibility from the composite backing plate allows for the perfect amount of flex to conform to the surface being block sanded: from flat panels to gentle curves.
- The Soft Grip top portion of the Block is made of Lightweight, Durable Comfort Grip High Density Foam that allows you to block more easily, without tiring, due to its light weight and ergonomic grip design. Once you try this block, you will truly understand the difference of sanding with a natural feeling firm grip.
- The Durable Sure Grip® Rubber Base pad accepts standard size adhesive PSA long board sheets or continuous roll PSA sand paper.
 K-Blocks® are available in four user-friendly lengths: 9", 16", 24" and 32"
K-Blocks® are sold either individually or in a basic kit with 9", 16" and 24" blocks.
The 32" Long Block is available in both a Flex model and a much more rigid Firm Model (Firm & Flex® ).

NEW! 5" & 9" Flexible Wet Sanding K-Blocks®
 The K-Block KB-5 and KB-9SF FLEX are the ultimate kustom color sanding blocks. These blocks are ergonomically designed to allow for maximum gripping power with a comfort grip. The flat semi-flexible base is the ideal surface to achieve a smooth flat surfaces. The KB-5 and KB-9SF Flex Block are designed with closed cell foam that floats in your bucket and won’t collect grit and debris from the bottom of the water bucket. As an added benefit, the KB-5 and KB-9SF Flex blocks have a smooth round upper portion that paper can be wrapped around in reverse to allow great flat sanding to complex curved surfaces and body lines. The KB-5 and KB-9SF Flex Block can also be used with PSA dry paper. Overall a great addition to your color sanding process.

3M&trade Softback Sanding Sponge Sheets
 Available in grades 120-1500, 4-1/2 in x 5-1/2 in sheets, gray in color with a sponge backing. These flexible abrasive coated foam sheets enable users to sand hard-to-reach areas.
Features aluminum oxide mineral on a foam pad with waterproof bonding system. The foam construction helps eliminate finger marks and can be used wet or dry. These flexible abrasive coated foam sheets enable users to sand hard-to-reach areas such as headlight openings, around door handles, door jambs, etc. in the body shop and works well in the marine industry on wood, fiberglass/gelcoat, paints, metals and plastics.

Soft Block® Flexible Sanding Block
 The Soft Blocks are unique, double-density blocks that act as two blocks in one, achieving the ultimate in block sanding of curved or irregular shaped surfaces. These blocks require no adhesives; sandpaper sticks like glue. The dense side is for more aggressive blocking, while the soft side is for color sanding.

 From scuff sanding E-coats to prepping blends, the Magna Backer Block distributes even pressure over the full area. Its power hooks firmly retain the scuff pad, imparting an even "tooth" over the entire panel with a single pass. Wet or dry, primers or E-coats, this is the block to scuff with. The BB-1 is sized to use 1/2 of a standard Scuff Pad and works with any brand or coarseness.

 The perfect companion to our more rigid BB-1. The Magna Backer Block Soft distributes even pressure over the full area, no matter what the contour. The heavy-duty "T Hooks" securely hold the scuff pad to the block when used wet or dry and with any brand or grade of scuff pad.
