Orders placed on any of our sites and shipped via DHL can be tracked here. When you place an order, you receive a shipping confirmation email from us which states that your order was processed and also contains a Remote Order (RO) Number like R99999.

If you placed your order over the phone your order number will start with a 0 and will have 5 numbers after it. Example: 011111

You may also track your order by the DHL Waybill number if you know what it is.
