A Brief History:Tri-City Paint Corporation began in 1974 as a small home decorating store in Lakeside, Ca. In the beginning, the only employees were family members. After 25 years of strong, measured growth, adding an average of more than 2 additional employees per year, the current total is more than 50. After purchasing the facility which still stands today as the Santee Store, the company began an ever-increasing transition toward automotive and industrial finishes and away from house paint. Through acquisition and expansion, Tri-City has enjoyed steady, manageable growth. In 1987, Tri-City built the Miramar Store, and in 1988, the corporate offices were moved from Santee to its present location in Miramar, just across the street from Top Gun School at NAS Miramar, now MCAS Miramar. Today, Tri-City Paint serves the entire county from 4 separate stores county wide, from National City to Escondido. Our President has guided the company to its present level by marketing only quality products at very competitive prices, while focusing on personalized service. We have supplied products to locations on all 7 continents! TCPGlobal was formed in 2002, and now offers 15 separate web sites to fill the needs of an ever-growing demand for online shopping. On November 1st, 2004, we will move into our new 40,000 sq. ft. building. Expanded floor space will open the door for expanded possibilities which will present ever-expanding opportunities!
