Thin icing and flow in using a cut parchment bag. |

Covering Cookies with Color Flow or Royal Icing
A quick and easy way to give a professional-looking finish to all your baked goods!
Ingredients: Pink Icing Color, Color Flow Mix or Royal Icing
Tools: Cooling Grid, Cookie Sheet, Disposable Decorating Bags

Step 1
Make Color Flow or Royal Icing; follow recipe directions to thin full strength icing. |

Step 2
Place cooled cakes or cookies on cooling rack positioned over cookie sheet or pan. |
 |
Step 3
Pour or pipe icing on center of item, tap lightly to level icing and remove air bubbles so that icing drips down and covers sides. Let dry. |

Step 1
Melt Candy Melts® following package instructions; place in bowl, Candy Melting Bowl or Chocolate Pro Melting Pot. |

Step 2
Dip cookies into Candy Melts®. For small cookies use the three-piece dipping tool set or a fork.

Optional
Place sprinkles, nuts, coconut or cocoa powder in small bowl; place dipped treats in bowl to coat. |

Step 3
Place treats on a cookie sheet covered with parchment or waxed paper. If desired, drizzle with additional melted candy. Refrigerate until firm. |

Place cooled cookies on cooling grid positioned over cookie sheet or pan. Cookies that will be covered completely should be turned bottom side up. |
