When fuel sits for days or weeks at a time it breaks down chemically. Bad fuel can cause problems in your fuel system. When you pour FUEL PRESERVATIVE & STABILIZER in your tank, oxygen is chemically isolated (preventing oxidation) and corrosive compounds are neutralized (stopping rust formation). Our special dispenser bottle will measure exactly for you with no waste. Contains NO alcohol. Use 1ounce per 3 gallons for normal maintenance, or 1ounce per gallon to thoroughly clean your fuel system.

U.S. STANDARD FUEL TANK SEALER was formulated and developed in our own laboratories due to the demand for a high-tech sealer impervious to all fuels, including the new Stage II fuels which have a high alcohol content. It has superior strength and fuel resistance, and does not contain Methyl Ethyl Ketone, a highly flammable and deadly carcinogen (cancer-causing). A special fiberglass reinforcing fabric that can be used with POR-15 Rust Preventive paint to bridge gaps and repair holes in sheet metal.

Handling Instructions: Do not handle fabric with bare hands.

Because it is a special type of fiberglass cloth, the fibers may pierce your skin and you will experience discomfort. Wear a pair of gloves (or other protection) whenever you handle this cloth. As you cut the cloth, some fibers may fly into the air, so be sure to wear the mask provided while cutting. Please note that there is one large piece of cloth in this envelope.

For years we've been working on a product to repair cracks, pits or holes in exhaust manifolds, tailpipes, mufflers, or other components subjected to high temperatures while in use. Because replacement parts are often difficult or impossible to find, there is a real need for this type of product in the marketplace. FIRE SEAL 2000™ is a single-component (no mixing required) ceramic and stainless steel-filled putty that is resistant to fuels, oils, and corrosives. After it is fully cured, it will withstand temperatures up to 2000° F. FIRE SEAL 2000™ may be applied to rough-surfaced or sandblasted steel, stainless steel, or cast iron.

Instructions: Use a putty knife, small trowel or spatula to apply. Curing: Let FIRE SEAL 2000™ dry for 16-24 hours. Begin final cure by idling engine for 10-15 minutes at a time. You may sand FIRE SEAL 2000™ after it is fully cured, using a file or medium grit sandpaper. Do not use any lubricants for machining, but always use a dust mask to avoid inhaling the sanding dust.
