Absolute Precision for the Elite Professional

The Custom Micron Series is for the elite professional who demands precise and accurate control of very detailed spraying. These airbrushes are the "best of the best," hand tested and adjusted by the world's leading airbrush technicians. Special machining processes along with the meticulous hand-fitting of the parts creates an airbrush with superb atomization and incredible control of very detailed spraying. By removing the nozzle cap, these airbrushes will spray an entire range of stipple effects, from very fine to coarse textures.

The Custom Micron airbrushes feature a special "head system" which has all of its parts matched and tested together as a set. The head system is tested, adjusted, and retested until the spray charateristics are as perfect as an airbrush can be. Each head system is sold only as a set and is the key to the superb performance of a Custom Micron Airbrush. Maintenance and reliability is at its absolute highest level since spare head systems can be purchased to ensure the Custom Micron will always spray to its maximum potential.

Micron CM-C Plus

The CM-C Plus uses the same matched-head assembly as the other Custom Micron airbrushes, but features a Mirco Air Control (MAC) Valve to control airflow to the head of the brush. Its funnel-shaped gravity-fed cup lets the airbrush be used effectively with only a couple drops of paint, ensuring a fast and thorough clean up.

Micron CM-C

The CM-C is ideal for professional use where heavier paints are required or where larger work is being created. The Iwata Custom Micron matched head system insures superior atomization. The CM-C features a larger 1/4oz. (7.0ml) gravity feed color cup for working with large volumes of paint.

Micron CM-SB

Designed for the professional requiring exacting and precise detail, the CM-SB (as with the CM-B), is also considered to be one of the finest airbrushes in the world. It features a 1/8oz. (3.5ml) side feed fluid cup, which is engineered for both right- and left-handed use. Because it is side feed, it allows a view directly over the top of the airbrush allowing up close, fine, detail work. The high-polished stainless steel needle provides smooth trigger action and paint flow.
